I purchased this cable to view HD movies on my HD TV taken with my Canon SD940 IS camera. At first I thought it didn't work, but after trying a second HDMI input, it worked fine.The seller was great, because it offered a quick replacement if I did not work. The seller buys these cables in bulk from Canon and packages them in plastic, so it won't arrive in a "CANON" package.The cable works very well..
